I Am Legend (2007) - directed by Francis Lawrence. Starring Will Smith and Alice Braga.

This is one of the most emotional scenes I’ve seen Will Smith do, and although the scene is short, it pretty much sums up the entire film. Robert Neville is alone in a world slowly turning to darkness and he is so distraught that he’s starting to break down. Will Smith gives a beautiful, vulnerable performance and it’s proof of his ability as an actor.
