You won’t find another badass gun handler with an insatiable love for carrots. Clive Owen’s Smith is somewhat of a hateful miscreant, but he does have a soft spot for babes and babies.

The last man on earth isn’t going down without a fight. Will Smith plays Robert Neville in the film adaptation of the Richard Matheson story I Am Legend. He’s smart, he’s sufficiently paranoid, and he knows how to stock up on the bare necessities. You want this military scientist in your corner if the world ever gets invaded by zombies.

I actually wanted to become an anthropologist thanks to this man. Swashbuckling hero Indiana Jones is an iconic character in film history, thanks to the great minds of Steven Spielberg, Lawrence Kasdan, George Lucas, and of course, Harrison Ford. With his trademark whip and signature hat, Indiana can hold his own against the best of them. Just…keep him away from snakes.

Wielding a butterfly knife never looked this good. Athough Hit Girl isn’t the title character, she most certainly is a scene-stealer. Chloe Moretz plays the spunky superhero with sass and pizazz in this action-packed movie filled with crazy stunts and juicy one-liners. She’s definitely on the top of my Awesome Movie Heroes list.

She’s made to be strong, but she’s also fragile. Leeloo makes the list because not only is she the fifth element, but she’s incredibly endearing (and can kick your ass, too). Memo to her admirers: I wouldn’t try kissing her without her permission.
